11 Months

I am a little slow at this but Savannah turned 11 months on Tuesday. She is getting so big. She holds her own bottle, when she wants to, takes more and more steps every day, and is starting to figure out how to communicate what she wants. Even if mom is the only on that understands her.

She says Hug when she wants up, BA for bottle and bath, and I think she is starting to try to say grandma. She hollers at daddy every morning to get her out of bed, even though it is usually Mommy that gets her. Then she hollers when daddy walks out the door it is pretty cute.

I haven't weighed her lately or measured her so I don't know all that stuff. I just know she is getting way to big way to fast. Isn't she the cutest?

All Aboard!!!

Every time I do laundry I automatically have a helper. Imagine that huh. So yesterday when she followed me into my room to put laundry away I decided to give her a ride. She thought it was great fun. She would sit in the bassinet and rock it from side to side. And while I was folding laundry and putting it in the bassinet she climbed in and out of it laughing her little head off. She is such a cute little monster.

That darn piano

OK so at Christmas time I thought Savannah would just love this piano. Wal-mart had it on sale the day after Thanksgiving, so I braved the crowd and got it for her. I was right she does like it, however she has rarely used it for playing music. She has used it for a walker and a chew toy and now apparently it is a stool.
Last Friday I was talking on the phone and in the background I could hear her piano playing so I knew she was playing with it. I turned around and she had pushed it up to the computer desk and was standing on it playing with the mouse to the computer. I didn't get any pictures, I just took her down.
Monday night I was on the computer and once again her piano is playing. Then she starts giggling. ( I knew she was up to something) I turn around and she has pushed the piano over to the chair and climbed into the chair and was SO proud of herself. So then last night she had climbed once again into the chair and decided that the seat was not high enough to look out the window. (It was) So she climbed onto the arm of the chair. I think she was trying to get onto the window seal. Needless to say she fell of the chair but did that stop her? No in fact she fell of at least three times. I hope she doesn't get brain damage from falling so much.

Today she has been laying her dump truck on it's side and standing on it. She was also climbing all over her new outside car. Thanks Ginny she loves it. I guess it is a good thing I don't have a chandelier or she would be swinging from it.

Easter Egg Hunt

While all the cousins were here this weekend we thought it would be fun to do an early Easter egg hunt.
They really enjoyed it. I think because we put money in the eggs.
I only got a few pictures of them hunting, they were to fast. The boys wanted the money more than the toys
so they were bargaining with the girls. Which was fine with the girls. The weather even cooperated with us.

What cute little munchkins. It was allot of fun to watch. Savannah even enjoyed herself. She thought those eggs were pretty fun to chew on.

Big Weekend

This weekend Savannah was busy learning new skills and meeting cousins she didn't know she had. Saturday morning I changed her diaper and left her onesie undone,
because I was going to give her a bath.

I set her down in her room for awhile. The next thing I know she is crawling into the living room with her freshly changed diaper in one hand. And of course before I could get it back on she peed all over the carpet. It was a good thing I did get it on though because she pooped shortly after that.
While at grandma Austins she spent the time watching all her cousins run around and get into mischief. So when she came home she decided to try and walk herself. Monday she took several steps before sitting down. Ever since she has been taking more and more. She is just to big.

Little climber

Miss Savannah has become a little monkey or maybe it is a mountain goat. What ever you want to call it, she is a climber. I can't hardly keep her sitting in carts at the store, or sitting down in her high chair. She climbs on top of her tray and laughs as I am telling her to sit down. Awgh! this is what she was doing this morning while I was checking my email. She has also figured out how to open the glass part of out entertainment center. How do they grow so fast?

Pretty Bows!!

Ok so Roderick isn't the only one that has an obsesive personality. Apperantly I do to, so this is my new obsesion. I am even thinking of selling some so let me know if you want any.
The big blue and pink one got a little out of control. Oh well Savvy got a hold of it and tore it apart anyways.
