Oops!

I forgot to post this picture with the last bunch. Aunt Linda got Savvy a baby stroller for her birthday on friday and she has played with it constantly ever since. She even takes it with her to play with other toys. She puts her baby in it and pushes her all over. This is Saturday morning I just couldn't resist taking the picture. Her and daddy watching a movie on the computer. Isn't that the cutest.

Chugga Chugga Choo Choo

Savannah wanted a Chuggy cake for her birthday this year. After much searching and a lot of work I finally came up with this. Tada!!She didn't know quite what to think of the happy birthday song.
She just stared at everyone that was singing.

Blowing out the candles

Grandma Glenda got her a wagon to pull around the yard.
Mommy and Daddy got her a Mrs. Potato Head,
and a bike I didn't get a picture of the bike.
Aunt Ginny and her girls got Savvy a "Tea Party" set.
Great Grandma Virginia got her two really cute books
Virginia's friend Fae got her some play dough.

She loved all of her presents and has played with them all on a daily basis since she got them. This morning she brought her "tea party" into my room and wanted to play it. I was feeling lazy so I opened it up for her and she sat on the floor for like half and hour playing. She is soo cute.

Fun at the Zoo

Friday was Savannah's 2nd birthday. So a friend and I took our girls to the zoo. She has a girl a few weeks younger than Savannah. They had fun looking at the animals together. Savannah the monkey that she is had to climb on everything. Tiger
Camel
we even got to feed the goats and sheep

She wasn't to cooperative for pictures. So these are the best I got.

She thought the penguins were really cool, she kept pointing at them and staring out the window.

Silly

It is amazing how fast Savannah is growing. She has always thought she was just as big as her several years older cousins and actually plays better with them than with children her age. But lately she seems to have gotten really big. She has started singing to the radio and dancing more. She finally started saying words when you ask her to, her older cousins think this is a great game to play with her. She loves going to nursery and playing with the play dough, she will take off after sacrament and head for the nursery all by herself she likes it so much. The other day she figured out how to put her socks and tennis shoes on all by herself, it was quite the site because she only had a diaper and her shoes and socks on and was dancing on the coffee table. We have been working on saying please and thank you, she is getting it down pretty good. She seems to say them when I least expect her to. At bed time she tells daddy that it is time for prayers and some nights she even says them all by herself. She has always loved to eat or drink what ever dad has if she sees him with a cup she runs to the drawer and pulls out a straw to share with what ever he has.

She has also decided that she loves to watch movies on the computer. And of course she thinks she should get to eat in the rocking chair while watching her movie so getting her to sit at the table and eat has proven a chore lately. When she decides she wants to watch a show she says "chuggy, mommy shower" . She loves the show Chuggington it is about trains, she even told me when I asked what kind of cake she wanted for her birthday cake she wanted a chuggy cake.

She is also starting to interact with her baby dolls more, the other day she had to have her bunny and baby in the chair with her while she watched her movie. For at least a week or so we had to take baby everywhere with us. Except she would leave her in the car to go into stores. She also has to have her bunny and baby next to her in bed at night. I checked in on her one night and she was curled up in a ball holding on tight to her bunny. Last night we had to take baby to do chores. She kept asking the baby questions and answering for the baby. She would say "wanna wing? Okay" or "get eggs? Okay" it was really cute. She even tried to get the dog to give her baby a ride. The dog however would not cooperate with her and it made her really mad. It is hard to believe she is going to be two in a week. Time flies!!

Bunny

Savvy got this bunny for Easter and for several weeks she didn't really want much to do with it, lately though she packs it all over the house. The other day she was wrestling with it so I tried to take a picture.

Then she saw I had the camera so she wanted her picture taken with her bunny.

She even had to give it kisses for the camera. She is so cute lately.
